About the author
Rajendra Parikh
Dr. Parikh, holding advanced degrees in M.Com., LL.M. and PhD boasts a rich academic career spanning 25 years in teaching. His leadership roles have included a decade as the Dean of Students and responsibilities as the In-charge Dean. He has been an esteemed member of the Board of Studies both presently and in the past and has served on the Senate. Dr. Parikh’s scholarly contributions extend to over 15 publications and presentations at national and international conferences and seminars. Furthermore, he holds memberships in the DRC and various Board of Studies across different universities.
Parth Trivedi
Mr Trivedi, with qualifications in B.Com., LL.B., LL.M., and PGDADR serves as a Teaching Assistant at Maharaja Sayajirao University in Baroda. With three years under his belt as an educator, he has been instrumental in guiding law students through various subjects. Himashri Pawaskar
