Refund Policy

Books purchased from aajkalawhouse.com that are requested for return within 15 days of dispatch are eligible for a full refund, deducting the applicable freight charges. If the return is a result of our error, the customer will also receive a refund for the shipping charges.

Please note that we do not offer replacements or exchanges for purchased books. Our customers may only receive a refund. Additionally, returns can only be processed for items that have been received.

Customers are kindly requested to accept and adhere to the conditions outlined below before proceeding with the return:

Conditions for Refund

• Books must be requested for return within 15 days of dispatch.
• Items must be in their original condition.
• Refunds are subject to deduction of applicable freight charges.
• Refunds for shipping charges will be provided in case of our error.

Showroom Purchases

Books purchased directly from our showroom at Aaj Kal law House,

Headquarters RZC-3/93, Mahavir Enclave I, Sector 1 Dwarka,
Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi, Delhi, 110046, cannot be returned online. Such returns and requests for refunds must be made manually at the showroom.

Refund Process

Once we receive and process the returned item, we will inform the customer via email about the refund. The customer will receive the refund in the same form of payment used for the purchase, within seven days of our receipt of the returns.
